JIC- Buttons & Ribbons



Hiya
This weeks challenge over at JIC is "Buttons & Ribbons" and our sponsors are Melon Door Lighthouse who is offering 1 Stamp Set to the winner & Whoopsi Daisy who is offering 2 Image sheets to the winner.


I used the image Candy by Melon Door Lighthouse for the first card and for the second card I used Image Sheet 242 by Whoopsi Daisy. I hope you like my cards.


The Card is 5x7" in size and is a Green Pearlescent card blank and a white card pop up insert. I have used green card, yellow paper orange velvet paper, 2 ribbons and a button from my stash. The green sparkly paper is from Jelly Bean Crafts and I used Spellbinder buckle die to cut the buckle. The greeting is from Tatty Teddy. I have used Promarkers to colour the image and it is decoupaged and here is a list of the colours I have used: Island Lagoon, Poppy, Mango

The Card is 5x7" in size and made from white card from Jelly Bean Crafts . I have cute a Lavender and Lilac paper from my stash, buttons and ribbon also from my stash. The papers are from the Forever Friends Baby Collection and the greeting is from Craftwork Card. I have used Promarkers to colour the image and here is a list of the colours I have used:
Skin-  Ivory, Vanilla, Blush, Pastel Pink, Apricot, Oatmeal, Sunkissed Pink     Lips- Sunkissed Pink
Hair- Henna, Chestnut, Terracotta    Eyes- Burnt Sienna    Dress- Amethyst, Mulberry, Pink Carnation, Cerise     Cake- Mustard, Buttercup, Black, Orchid

JIC- Handmade Flowers









Hiya
This weeks challenge over at JIC is "Handmade Flowers" and our sponsors are Digital Paper Crafts who is offering 3 images to the winner and Whoopsi Daisy who is offering 2 image sheets to the winner.


I used the image sheet 242 by Whoopsi Daisy. It is the 1st time ever I have made rolled flowers.


The card is 5x7" in size and made from white card from Jelly Bean Crafts. I have used papers from Tatty Teddy and Forever Friends, textured card from silhouette and pearlscent card from my stash. The flowers are made from a purple swirl patterned paper & marbled paper from my stash, the leaves are a digital paper. I added a purple pearlscent butterfly cut out from a Cherry Lynn die, pearls and liquid pearl from my stash.
The image is fussy cut by hand and here is a list of the colours I have used :
Skin - Ice Grey 3 & 4, Cool Grey 4, Baby Pink, Rose Pink   Tongue- Ruby   Nails- Lilac
Clothes- Mulberry, Lilac, Purple, Violet   Flower- Lilac, Purple, Violet, Amber
Balloon- Pastel Yellow, Lipstick Red

JIC- Lacy & A Window Card


Hiya
This weeks challenge over at JIC is"Lacy & Window Card" and our sponsors are Lacy Sunshine who is offering 3 images to the winner and Whoopsi Daisy who is offering 2 image sheets to the winner.

 I used the image Caring Angel Enchantress by Lacy Sunshine. This card was another challenge for me (like last weeks) as I have never done a window card before. I am really happy with the way its turned out and I hope you like it to.


I used card from Papermill and White card from Jelly Bean Crafts. The silver paper is from my stash and the papers on the flowers are from my stash and Craftwork cards, the leaves and the pink paper inside are a digital paper but i'm afraid I don't know where from. I used gems and lace from my stash. The doctors/nurse bits are all cut on my Silhouette Portrait and then coloured in with Promarkers and a black gel pen, I added glossy accents to the syringe and bottle. The chair is from Polka Doodles and coloured in with Promarkers but I am afraid I haven't got a list of the colours as I coloured it in over 2 years ago (been sat in my folder all this time). The image is coloured in with Promarkers and here is a list of the colours I have used: Skin - Ivory, Vanilla, Blush, Saffron, Sunkissed Pink     Eyes- Grass/ Forest Green     Hair- Terracotta, Raw Sienna, Chestnut    Outfit- Pink Carnation, Cocktail Pink, Red, Crimson, Burgundy      Wings- Pale Pink, Pink Carnation, Cocktail Pink

JIC- Anything with Wings


Hiya This weeks challenge over at JIC is"Winter" and our sponsors are A Day for Daisies who is giving a prize of a $12 voucher to the winner, Zuri Vice President Jr who is giving a prize of 2 images to the winner and Whoopsi Daisy who is also giving a prize of 2 image sheets to the winner.

I used the image sheet from Whoopsi Daisy. I hope you like my card (sorry about the poor lighting).

The card is A5 in size and made from card from Jelly Bean Crafts. I used 2 paper for the base from my stash. The images are on a red paper from Trimcraft and the matted onto green card. The sentiment is cut and sketched on my Silhouette Portrait on white paper, blue pen and silver mirri board. The Holly is also cut on my cameo and coloured with Berry Red and Pine. I then added ribbon at the top and bottom which was from Dovecraft, The images are coloured in with promarkers, here is a list of the colours I used:
Skin- Ivory, Vanilla, Blush, Saffron, Sunkissed Pink,    Clothes- Lime Twist, Forest Green, Pine, Berry, Crimson     Wings- Pale Pink, Cocktail Pink     Lips- Antique Pink     Hair- Burnt Umber, Walnut, Coca

JIC - November Monthly Challenge - Orange & Purple


Hiya
This months challenge over at JIC is"Orange & Purple" and our sponsors are Whoopsi Daisy who is giving a prize of 2 image sheets to the winner & Zuri Vice President Jr who is giving a prize of a 2 images to the winner.


I used image Sheet 614 the coloured version by Whoopsi Daisy.


I used white card from Jelly Bean Crafts as the base for the card and also to cut out the moon, bats, ghost, house & graveyard. I used the spider backing paper and skull backing paper from Crafticious. The purple paper I made using craft artist. The sentiment I can't remember where its from (if you know let me know so I can credit the artist). The digi stamp I cut out by hand but everything else is cut with my Silhouette Portrait. The moon, ghost, bats, graveyard is all by Birds Cards, the house is by Studioillustrado. I then added a gem border to finish off the card. Here is a list of the promarker colours I used for which embellishment: Bats- Black   House - Black, Mandarin, Spring Lilac
Graveyard - Holly, Warm Grey 4      Moon - Eggnog      Sentiment - Mandarin, Spring Lilac

JIC - Box with Zuri Vice Presdient Jr & Whoopsi Daisy

This week the challenge over at JIC is"Box"and our sponsors are Zuri Vice President Jr who is giving a prize of 2 images, & Whoopsi Daisy who is also giving a prize.




I used the image Aimee Kwaii from Zuri Vice President Jr, which is available to buy from their store. I am afraid its not the best project from me but I have been in alot of pain and stuck in bed for 4 days so I tried to make this from my bed.

I made the box 6cm x 6cm out of pink and purple card from papermill, the patterned paper I don't know where that's from as it was a freebie that I have on my computer (if you know then let me know and I will change this) I then wrapped the box up in pink ribbon and tided it in a bow. The image is coloured in with promarkers and here is the colours I have used - Wood Sign- Terracotta, Walnut, Cinnamon, Tan 
Skin- Dusky Rose, Vanilla,Saffron, Ivory, Blush     Eyes- Arctic Blue, True Blue    Hair- Burnt Orange, Orange, Pumpkin, Amber    Clothes- Lavender, Amethyst, Orchid, Blossom, Fuchsia Pink, Pink Lobster.

JIC- Simply Betty Stamps & Whoopsi Daisy - Stitching Real or Faux

Hiya
This months the challenge over at JIC is Stitching Real or Faux and our sponsors are Simply Betty Stamps and Whoopsi Daisy.


I used a pre-coloured image from Whoopsi Daisy - Sheet 515, it is available to buy from their store. I will be sending this card to Valarie's (the other owner of JIC) daughter Katelynn as she is very ill (please see here for more info). 

I used lilac and pink card from Papermill, The patterned and pink paper is from my stash. The file I have used is Daniela Angelova Flowers Card which is available from the Silhouette store. The sentiment is from Lori Whitlock and is called 3 Sketch Sentiments. The corners are die cut and then I added stitching detail with a pink pen. I then finished the card off with 2 fabric flowers from my stash.

JIC- May Monthly Challenge- Make it Colourful


Hiya
This month the challenge is Make It Colourful/Rainbow and our sponsors are Star In My PocketZuri Vice President JrWhoopsi Daisy. They are all offering some amazing prizes so why don't you head over to JIC to see the rest of the AMAZING work from the talented Design Team.



The image I used is called Little Artist who is by Zuri Vice President Jr.


The card I used a stepper card blank from Craft Creations. I then used pink, purple and lilac ribbon to back the ribbon papers onto. The lovely rainbow papers I have used are from Misstiina Blog, which I only found the other day and Love the papers :) I have then added flowers and hearts from my stash and a sticky ribbon from Anita's. The image is coloured in 4 times and then decoupaged, hope it shows on the picture. It is coloured in with promarkers, here is a list of the colours I have used: Brush- Bright Green, Umber, Black
Paint- Red, True Blue, Canary, Mandarin, Bright Green       Pallet- Ice Grey 2         Mouth- Black, Red
