JIC - Folds




Hiya
This week the challenge over at JIC is"Folds"and our sponsors are Sassy Studio who is giving a prize of 4 images to the winner & Beansie Doodles who is giving a prize of 3 images to the winner.




I used the image Curly Shirley by Beansie Doodles.
I hope you like my card, its the 1st time I have ever made a Rosette.


The card is A5 in size and has been made using white card and pink paper from my stash. I also used 4 papers from a paper pack I brought from a friend, If I find out the name I will put it on this post. I made the rosette using 2 of the papers and with my hougie board, I then stuck them together. I used card candi, satin ribbon and a sentiment to finish the card off.
I coloured the image in with promarkers and here is a list of the colours I have used - Skin- Ivory, Vanilla, Saffron, Blush, Sunkissed Pink   Hair- Cinnamon, Cocoa, Walnut    Lips- Rose Pink
Eyes- Raw Sienna Walnut     Dress/Socks-  Tulip Yellow, Summer Sun, Lemon
Shoes/Belt/Headband - Pale Pink, Antique Pink

JIC - Bookmark



Hiya
This week the challenge over at JIC is"Bookmark"and our sponsors are Stitchy Bear Stamps who is giving a prize of a $10 voucher to the winner.


I have used the image Sparkles by Sinful Mindz, it is available to buy on the Stitchy Bear Stamps store. The image was kindly coloured by my husband but when I printed it, it came out a lot darker than in the picture :(

I used white and lilac card from papermill, pink paper from my stash. I used 2 patterned papers I printed but not sure where they are from (if you know comment and I can edit this post) I then added a sentiment cut using my cameo and the sentiment from the silhouette store  (Miss Kate Cuttables Together word set) I cut the bookmark shape using my cameo to. I then added ribbon and a butterfly eyelet from my stash.

JIC- Bows


Hiya
This week the challenge over at JIC is"Bows"and our sponsors are Time 4 Tea Designs who is giving a prize to the winner & Meljen's Designs who is giving 4 un-coloured images to the winner.

I used the image Masquerade Ball by Time 4 Tea Designs, I decided to do different colours than I normally use & made my 1st ever paper bow.


The card is A5 in size and made from linen effect cream card. I used 3 paper that were freebies but I forget who by so if you know let me know and I can then edit this to give the artist credit. The sentiment is written with my cameo pens and the base for it is cut on the cameo to. The bow is using the 3 papers which I have then cut on my cameo and the base for the bow is the cream card and I fussy cut it by hand. I have added gems and ribbon to finish the card off, these were kindly gifted to me by a friend. The image is coloured in with promarkers here is a list of the colours I have used:
Skin- Ivory, Vanilla, Saffron, Blush, Sunkissed Pink     Eyes- Cobalt Blue, Azure, Arctic Blue  
Hair - Raw Sienna, Chestnut, Terracotta    Earrings- Metallic Gold    Clothes/Ribbon/Mask- Marine, Island Lagoon, Pastel Green, Duck Egg, Soft Green.

JIC - QKR, Beary Wishes, Delicious Doodles


Hiya
This week the challenge over at JIC is"Vintage"and our sponsors are QKR Stampede who is giving 3 images to the winner, Beary Wishes who is giving 2 image sets to the winner & Delicious Doodles who is giving 4 images to the winner.



I used the image Rose Corner from Delicious Doodles, which is available to buy from her store.

The card is made using a Cream Aperture card blank, I the distressed it using a Tim Holtz Distress ink - Antique Linen (1st time ever). I then used a paper and cut some butterflies out of the extra bit I had and added them to the corners. I have added some Card Candi and a sentiment from my stash. I  used some glossy accents on the flower to make it look wet. The image is coloured in with promarkers and here is a list of the colours I have used -  Flower- Rose Pink, Pink Carnation, Blossom    Leaves- Leaf Green, Forest Green, Pine    Spots- Rose Pink, Purple, Mulberry, Carmine     Outside- Pink Lobster

JIC - Sept Monthly Challenge


Hiya
This week the challenge over at JIC is"Add A Background Image"and our sponsors are Melonheadz who is giving a prize to the winner & Zuri Vice President Jr who is giving 2 images to the winner.



 I used the image Fairy Land Bundle from Delicious Doodles, which is available to buy from her store. I am sorry I couldn't make a physical card but I have been very ill and only had enough energy to make 1 card this week (the DT card that goes live tomorrow) but I hope you still like this digital card.


This digital card was made using the coloured images from Melonheadz and then a background. My hubby put all the images together for me and then sent me the file. I then turned it into a digital card using craft artist.
