JIC- One for the Girls

This Card is A5 in size and made from white card from Jelly Bean crafts, Lilac and Pale pink paper from my stash. The bathroom picture and the greeting mirror is done on my Silhouette Portrait then i went over it by hand as some lines didn't print (not sure why and I think i messed up) I then added a pearl flower ribbon to finish off the card. I have used Promarkers to colour the card and here is a list of the colours I have used:Skin-  Ivory, Vanilla, Blush, Pastel Pink, Apricot, Oatmeal, Sunkissed Pink

The card is A5 in size and made from white card from Jelly Bean Crafts. The purple layer is textured card from Silhouette, the lilac paper is from my stash and the 2 patterned papers are freebie digital papers (not sure where from sorry) The sentiment, tag, cutlery,swirly is all cut out on my Silhouette portrait and then I glittered some with glitter from my stash,added ribbon and butterflies also from my stash, the tag and sentiment is written also on my Portrait but with a purple glitter gel pen. The image  hand fussy cut (not my Portrait this time) and is coloured in with promarkers and then Hunkydory glitter on her jewelry, shoes and sleeve of her arm. I used the following colours for her:
Skin - Usual (Ivory, Vanilla, Saffron, Sunkissed Pink, Blush)        Eyes- Cyan Oasis
Lips- Lipstick Red         Hair- Raw Sienna, Mustard, Gold, Raw Sienna    Belt- Black, Metallic Silver

I made this card with white card from Jelly Bean Crafts, Green Card from my stash. The patterned papers come from the Laura Ashley 6x6" Velvet Paper Pack. The sentiment is from my stash and I finished off the card with Card Candi from Craftwork Cards. JIC - Folds

I hope you like my card, its the 1st time I have ever made a Rosette.

The card is A5 in size and has been made using white card and pink paper from my stash. I also used 4 papers from a paper pack I brought from a friend, If I find out the name I will put it on this post. I made the rosette using 2 of the papers and with my hougie board, I then stuck them together. I used card candi, satin ribbon and a sentiment to finish the card off.

I coloured the image in with promarkers and here is a list of the colours I have used - Skin- Ivory, Vanilla, Saffron, Blush, Sunkissed Pink   Hair- Cinnamon, Cocoa, Walnut    Lips- Rose Pink

JIC - Sassy Studio Designs, QKR Stampede - Paper Piecing

Hiya

This week the challenge is Paper Piecing and our sponsors are Sassy Studio Designs who is giving a great prize of 4 images, QKR Stampede who I am unsure of what the prize is from them.

The Image I used is call Latte Momma by Sassy Studio Designs and is available to buy from their store. 

It was my 1st ever time at paper piecing so was a challenge for me, I decided to give myself a bit of a challenge and went for 5 layers not just 1. Below is a photo of my paper piecing the verison on the computer so that you can see the different patterns, as the photo of the card you can't see the patterns on the jeans and shoes properly. Here is the picture of the image and of my card.

The card is A5 size and I made it for my best friends birthday. I used card from Papermill to make the card blank. The green patterned paper is from Kanban and the purple papers used behind the image and 2 layers of the flower are from Forever Friends paper pack. The sentiments are from Tatty Teddy and backed onto purple card with silver edging, these are from my stash. The image is backed onto a silver from which is also from my stash. The flower is made using a Marianne flower die, I used silver and glitter paper from my stash, as-well as the Forever Friends papers I mentioned before. I then finished off the card with white pearls.The papers I used to do the paper piecing are freebie papers but I can't remember where from, if anyone knows then just let me know in the comments and I will then give credit to the artists. The image is coloured in with Promarkers, here is a list of the colours I have used: Eyes- Cyan   Lips- Berry Red
Skin- Vanilla, Ivory, Saffron, Sunkissed Pink, Rose Pink      Hair- Terracotta, Raw Sienna, Chestnut.

JIC- Sassy Studio- Shaped Card

Hello Everyone

This weeks challenge with Just Inspirational Challenges is Shaped Card and the Sponsor is the very talented Sassy Studio Designs and the Prize is 4 images from her store.

I knew what shape I wanted to use for the card but wasn't sure if it would work, but tried it and really pleased how it turned out. I made the card and my son came home from school and told my mum how much he loved it and could he have it for his birthday (on the 12th) So I then had to add the son and 6th to it. So here is my card using Bat Girl Sassy:

The card is my made from white card from papermill. I then used mirror board and black glitter paper from my stash. I added ribbon and son and 6th toppers from my stash. The happy birthday sentiment is from Kanban. The image is coloured in with promakers, here is a list of the colours I have used:

JIC- Sassy Studio - Washi Tape

Hello everyone
Time for a JIC team A challenge. This week the theme is Washi Tape and the sponsor is Sassy Studio  What we would like you to do is create card with some Washi Tape and then go on over to the JIC blog and enter your card into the challenge.

The image I have used I have had for over a year and I am sorry but I have forgotten its name and can't seem to find it on the Sassy Studio shop so I can't link back to it. I don't have any washi tape wither so I have used ribbon. Also sorry for the poor photo, the light wasn't great when I took the photo.

 The card is A5 in size and made from card from Papermill. I have used a a plan red and green card on the side also from Papermill. The ribbon is red/green/white stripe from my stash. The pale red paper and the green patterned paper on the top is from Papermania- Traditional Christmas- Colossal Paper Pack. The holly paper is from 1 of my fav paper packs First Edition- Christmas Joy paper pack. JIC- Sassy Studios- Tags

Hello Everyone it is time for a JIC challenge, this week the theme is- Tags

Here is my card using tags, the image I have used is called Sassy America and is available to buy from the store.  Sorry about the poor quality photo but there wasn't good light in the house when I was taking the photo.

The card is A5 in size and is made from card from papermill. I have then used 3 papers from Papermania capsule collection paper pack and then a red and silver paper from my stash. The tags are made from blue card from my stash cut with a die then embossed and then I made a hole and put an eyelet in with my eyelet setter. The sentiment and red ribbon from the other tags are also from my stash. The image is coloured in with promarkers and then the shield I have decoupaged. The colours I have used for the image are:

It wasn''t my Teams week this week (I am on Team A) but I just really wanted to do this challenge. Here is my card

I wanted to make this into an easel card, I started off by making the easel using card from Papermill. The top part of the easel is silver paper from my stash, white pearlescent card embossed which my friend Jacqui had done for me. The bottom is a silver card with flecks of glitter in it from my stash then the same white pearlscent card again. The whole card is finished off with sentiments from Kanban, pearl hearts and ribbon from my stash. The digi is Sassy Leia, she is coloured in with promarkers.
