Omg last couple of weeks has been crazy, been put on new tablets by thee drs for my depression and shes ordered more xrays for my back. ive had my crafty mojo so have lots of cards to show everyone. My health has been so so because of various things including my tablets but hopefully its improving now.

My weight loss journey
Well last time i blogged i was 14st 8.5lbs well since then I've had good news and bad news. Two weeks after i was 14st 8.5lbs i achieved my 5% goal - i had lost 5%of my start weigh within 6 weeks, so i weighed in at 14st  4.5lbs. The next week i was put on new tablets so i was asleep lots, which meant i didn't eat so i put on 1.5lbs.  I was also time to measure myself again which i was happy a I've lost more cm's. I have lost a further 2cm's from my hips, 2cms from my thighs and 2.5cms from my waist, i have some how put on 1cm on my arms so I've been joking and saying that its where i put on my 1.5lbs.
After realising that i had put on 1.5lbs i was very upset even though me and the weight watchers leader knew exactly why i had put on that weight. I was determined to lose that extra weight + more in 1 week if could. Well Thursday came and i was dreading going to get weighed, i was stressing myself out. I was very shaky as i stepped on the scales i looked at the figure and thought i had put on more so asked if i could step on again just to check. So i stood on again and tried not to shake and the lady said to me you have lost 1.5lbs :) i was so happy that i had lost the weight i had put on. I am now back to 14st 4.5lbs and I'm 2lbs away from losing 1stone. This week I'm trying hard to get that extra 2lbs I'm going to try and exercise, although so far I'm finding it a bit hard. yesterday i was stressed and tired from being up since 6.30am with the boys that i wanted to binge eat, but i was a good girl when i went to the shop i really fancied chocolate but didn't buy any.
