Simply Betty Challenge

Hello everyone

Hope that your all coping well with the heat. I have completed my 1st challenge card for the Simply Betty challenges that she runs from her Facebook group and also from the Simply Betty Blog.
The Challenge was Good vs Evil Mermaid, I was sent the Good digi. I really enjoyed my 1st challenge and I went for a simpler style of card to make the digi stand out. Here is the card, I will detail below what I used to make with it etc.
The card blank is a scalloped easel from craftwork cards. The shimmer paper is from my local craft shop Kraft Crazy, the cream/pink paper was a freebie from a magazine. The flower gems are from my stash and then i have added another circle gem in the center of some of the flowers from my stash to. I have coloured her in using promarkers and then she is glittered with glitter from Hunkydory, Diamond Sparkles- Butterfly Trails. The colours that I have used are:
Mermaid- Scales/Fins - Island Lagoon, Turquoise, Salmon Pink.   Lips- Hot Pink,  Eyes- Emerald,
Hair- Antique Pink, Salmon Pink, Cocktail Pink, Baby Pink,  Skin- Apricot, Oatmeal, Blush
Seahorse- Amethyst, Tropical Orchid      Bubbles- Blue Pearl,    Water - Powder Blue
